I’m so excited that you’re considering Kate Cherry Photography, LLC to document your family memories. My goal is make this a seamless and effortless process, leaving you with lasting memories of your sweet family. Here’s everything you need to know about what to expect:
The first step is scheduling your session. Figuring out a date and time for your session to happen is important so you can get on my calendar as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that as the weather gets nice during the spring and fall months in SC, bookings come in fast and are first come first serve. Therefore, the sooner you can let decide on your date, the better.
To reserve your session date and time, an online agreement outlining everything you’re receiving with your session, as well as all of the provisions that come with it, will need to be initialed and signed. A $300 session creation payment is also due at the time of signing your agreement to lock in your date and time. The $300 session creation payment covers my time and talent and is required to reserve your session date and time. Because of this, the session fee is non-refundable.
Prints and digital products are purchased after the session. This gives you the ability to see your images and choose what works best for you and your family.
Once your session is on the books, I’ll send you my family prep guide and outfit guide so you feel prepared and relaxed during your session.
I’ll guide you through everything including a series of prompts and things to do to keep your session moving and fluid. I’m always paying attention to the details to make sure you look your best. The great thing is you get to enjoy your family, laugh a lot and play. I’ll take care of the rest!
A few weeks after your session is complete, we’ll get together over Zoom for an image reveal where you get to see all of your beautiful images for the first time in the form of a slideshow. From there, you can decide which collection makes the most sense for your family, and I’ll help you with different options on how best to utilize your print credit.
